Vesper is a lovely Danish midcentury sofa with a clean classic design, beautiful from all angles.
This sofa is available ‘sold as seen’ in it’s current vintage condition or for bespoke refurbishment in a fabric/styling of your choice.
The vintage condition is very good. The frame is sturdy and strong and the upholstery is in very good condition, there is a bit of superficial marking here and there which we have tried to show on the photos but nothing significant and the sofa is perfectly useable as it is and has sprung cushions which makes for a comfy sit. Our bespoke restoration service would entail a full refurbishment, from the frame outwards, using the finest quality materials and fabrics we know will age gracefully and be able to withstand modern life. The aim if for these pieces to feel like new whilst retaining their original design narrative and all restored pieces comply to current fire retardancy regulations for domestic use as a minimum.
Our midcentury sofa and chair frames are almost exclusively from Denmark and they come with excellent design and quality provenance. Have a look at our Archive for similar designs we have restored previously and also for fabric inspiration!
