Astrid is midcentury through and through those clean lines we know and love and a lovely curve to the arm profile. The frame has a sprung front design, (where the whole front edge under the seat cushion is a sprung unit) and a generous seat depth which makes it lovely and loungy. These designs are wonderfully solid well made pieces of furniture and make great family couches.
We used a deep forest green wool from Linwood for the new upholstery.
