Jin hails from the 1930s, designed by the renowned Czech designer Jindrich Halabala. Halabala had a significant influence on postwar design in former Czechoslovakia and his aesthetic drew from Czech cubism, Art Deco, and classic midcentury modernism. Halabala pieces are timeless and the quality of design shines through, they remain sought after to this day.
Jin has been restored in a deep olive green velvet which sits wonderfully against the dark wood of the bentwood arms.
